Dr. Lam graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Bachelors’ of Physical and Health Education, and then went onto study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in 2003. Since he has been in private practice and in 2007 he started FITS a high performance training centre and sports medicine clinic that features a movement based approach to prevent injuries, manage existing injuries and enhance performance. FITS is a dream come true for Dr. Lam, whose passion is to build a world leading company that Builds Better Athletes and the health of a nation. Based on this passion, Dr. Lam regularly collaborates with leading Sport Scientists, Researchers and Health Care Professionals for the “Relentless Pursuit of Excellence.” His accomplishments include developing the Movement Development System, Flight School, and implementing the Long Term Athletic Development across Alpine, Basketball, Volleyball and several other sports. His work has contributed to 8 Olympians, World Champions, NBA Drafted Athletes, Professionals Athletes from the NBA, NFL, NHL, CFL, over 40 National Team Titles, 50 Provincial Club Titles, and over 100 NCAA Div. 1 Athletes (Basketball, Volleyball, Alpine Ski Racing, Hockey, Baseball, Football and Soccer)
