I assist end users at various hospitals with their computer needs and problems. The majority of issues include verifying user’s identity, resetting passwords, unlocking accounts in programs such as Citrix, Windows Active Directory, Cerner, Meditech, Invision (IBM) as well as other programs. I also assist with trouble shooting problems such as connecting users to a wireless network, mapping printers and shared drives using remote tools like “Go to Assist”. I also use the company knowledge base; and researching other publications to resolve issues as they arise. In addition I also escalate tickets to other departments to resolve problems with advanced interface features or problems that need on site assistance.

My responsibilities included assembling various grinding machines which required me to read and interpret blue print drawings along with general wiring of electrical components.

While with the Home Depot, I managed both the ceramic tile supply and in-stock carpet with combined sales over 1.5 million dollars as well as instructed customers on installing their ceramic tiles. I also trained over 50 co-workers on hi-low equipment certifications while providing assistant in multiple departments on a regular basis.
