At 30 years of age I started a career as a chefs apprentice in the highly acclaimed Tasmanian restaurant Lebrina under the Highly Acclaimed chef Scott Minervini. After 15 years as a chef at 45 I started my degree at University of Tasmania in Information Technology completing the degree in 2018. I then started a technology business building learning managment sytemsfor schools. In 2022 I spent 3 months in Chile where I am now focusing my future work opportunities.
