• Responsible for ensuring the proper construction and installation of swimming pools from start to finish, to include excavation, grading, setting, plumbing, and finish work such as concrete or masonry. Responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at the construction site while maintaining situational and operational awareness to ensure the safe and successful installation of the swimming pool.

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the various tasks required to put a hockey team on the ice which allows the pursuit of helping every Veteran possible. Responsible to our members for the coordination of game day logistics and scheduling, to include the staffing of several positions for home games. Coordinate with various staff members to ensure travel logistics are in order for away games. Member of the disciplinary review board which is tasked with ensuring adherence of the organization’s code of conduct.

• Responsible for ensuring project goals, purpose, and criteria for success are clearly defined and communicated. Clarify and communicate roles, responsibilities and deliverables while developing and maintaining a schedule of all long-term and short-term key milestones. Management of complex projects while providing direction to achieve timeliness and success.

● Manage and direct the efforts of up to fifty Marines while being accountable and responsible for their lives and all serialized gear. Coordination with higher and lower command cells as well as adjacent units to ensure a well-coordinated, safe, and efficient effort. Prepare reports to inform all stakeholders the mission, tasks, contingency plans, and success criteria. Lead, counsel, and mentor all subordinates to ensure subordinate progression personally and professionally.
