Developing curriculum, teaching, and monitoring students success by using data from both formative and summative assessments throughout the year. Leading a group of 14 teachers towards a common goal of student achievement.

Main duty as director was to coach and develop Junior and Masters (adult) rowing programs. Worked with fundraising committee to develop capital campaign programs and fundraisers needed to reach funding goals. All goals were met in both 2014 and for 2015. Created budget and oversaw expenses and revenue generating programs in order to monitor cash flow of the organization as well as participating in the filing of the clubs taxes. Developed the clubs safety protocol and programs and protocol to keep junior rowers safe from abuse.

Developing and maintaining a culture of safety by creating protocol where needed and monitoring practices on location. Collecting and monitoring JSA reports and providing feedback for managers on location. Scheduled, developed, and administered training for new hires and kept track of the training schedule and needs of employees in the field and in some cases making sure those within field were trained and did not lapse. Visited job site to make sure that safe practices were followed and to deliver any PPE or other material needed.
