Social work with mostly young criminals and drug abusers from the age of 15-18 years. In collaboration with more than 200 companies in Copenhagen, Spydspidsen provide the youngsters with a normal life involving jobs, and for some education. We make them responsible for their own lives, and that has an astonishing effect on their drug abuse and criminal activity (well documenter). Spydspidsen only handles young people who have no school opportunity. I work with the young and provide them with jobs and support them and monitor their progression and development. I develop the evaluation and documentation work (ex. FIT - Feedback Informed Treatment) I develop the leadership and develop projects that aim to spread the methods of Spydspidsen to others who work with this group of youngsters.
