Since 1984 I have worked in the automotive industry at various levels. From an entry level position in a Cadillac store to the shop forman position in a Honda dealership. Along the way,I made a few stops in various sales department's. In 1997 I joined the Hendrick group and never looked back. On March 1st of 2005 I became the service manager at the Easley, Sc. location. Over the next few years, the department grew and became very profitable. During the first week of June 2011, I was transfered to the Charlotte, Nc. location to take the service manager position in a much larger store and market.After taking the Honda service department to all new levels, I was asked to help in another store. January 10th 2013 I took over the service operation at Hendrick Hyundai in Charleston, Sc. This was an opportunity to push another department to achieve it's potential.
