I am responsible for all aspects of the job. I work dispatching cement powder products to major cement plants in Ontario, Quebec and Northern Eastern United States. I am responsible for 100+ company drivers, owner/operators and temp. workers. The work is seasonal which comprises of 10 months work during the year. Aside from dispatching drivers for work, I work closely with various cement plants on placement and delivery of their orders, I am responsible for driver compliance, daily logs and all other driver issues. I work closely with our work shop regarding available equipment daily. I am myself a former A/Z driver and have a good knowledge of how to recruit and train drivers and have an awareness of what driver expectations and those of the company's

I was involved in LTL dispatch within the Montrea/Toronto corridor, Plus dispatching loads across Canada and into the USA. I am very capable of doing USA border clearances. I involved in driver complaince issues. At times I would help in the shipping warehouse unloading and loading LTL shipments in place of the receiver

I assisted in the development of The Light Warehouse Program for the Develpmentally Disabled. I was both a developer and instructor for this program as well I assisted in the instruction of the Cashier and Customer Service Program. I was responsible for the marketing of both programs and the placement of students. I worked very closely with Christly Clark\ MPP in British Columbia and many of the major cooperations in BC.

I developed programs, recruited strudents and taught a program in Employment Readiness Training Progarm. This was a 26 week course which ran all year long with approx. 28 students per course. The success was approx 89$% being placed in permanment emploment and the balance going on into further education.
