Coordinating Socfin's African palm oil operations to achieve an RSPO certificate- Support all Socfin's African palm oil operations with the implementation of the RSPO Certificate requirements- Site visits for pre-verification to the conformity towards the RSPO Certificate requirements- Link all operations for information sharing- Communicating and collaborating with external assessors, most notably High Conservations Value assessors and the RSPO certificate auditors - including contracts- Communicating with the RSPO head office in Kuala Lumpur- Assisting the GIS team on the satellite-based Land Use Change Analysis of all operations, taking the lead on the report writing- Writing the project proposal for the remediation (internal) and compensation (external) projects of all operations- Support on the implementation of the remediation project (reforestation of riparian areas)- Communicating and collaborating with the partners for the compensation (reforestation or conservation) projects- Representing Socfin at Sustainable Oil Palm EventsOther tasks:- Communications on external grievances- Implementing a data collecting system for the traceability of all commodities- GHG emissions- Sustainability Reporting- Represent Socfin in meetings with banks and other external parties for RSPO related matters

Coordinating medical activities for all Socfin’s operations medical departments, including 3 hospitals and 25 clinics across 9 countries- Supporting the medical departments with awareness-raising on family planning, vaccinations, hygiene, malaria and other health-related matters.- Implementing DHIS2 as a data collection system for all medical facilities- Analysing data and discussing the results and possible actions with the head of the medical departments
