Responsible for the development and management of both the trading and administration IT systems of a collection of MGAs covering B2C, B2B and underwritten products. Configured the front end product question sets and documentation and built out the reporting functionality via a SQL datawarehouse and PowerBI dashboarding tools.

Responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of group wide data and information reporting across multiple business lines, systems and international offices. The desire for standardised reports and processes had to be balanced against differing requirements of many businesses in the group whilst the dynamic nature of the company combined with rapid growth of the group presented regular challenges.
