 Responsible for Plant maintenance , Electrical systems , Utilities , MEP , Fire systems , HSE & Risk assessment , ISO , etc. Factory Projects & plant complete maintenance [Electrical, PLC,VFD, trouble shooting& maintenance] . Facilities Management[MEP,HVAC, Fire system, Fabrication, Building maintenance,etc] Utilities Management Risk Management HSE Management Prepare Maintenance programme Plan maintenance activities Schedule Preventive, planned [predictive] maintenance and take action for correctivemaintenance. Prepare Maintenance Metrics [ MDT , MTTR , MTBF, etc ] Minimize Breakdowns and down time. Root cause analysis of breakdowns and preventive actions. Generate work orders and deploy maintenance staff for the jobs. Issue work permits for Hot work , general work related to Maintenance andEngineering jobs. Make sure of Lock out / Tag out of the equipments for safety. Training of maintenance staff Conduct tool box talk with maintenance staff Implement 5S in Maintenance office and store IMS documentation Spare parts management and maintaining records Maintain HSE [Health, Safety and Environment] standards in the factory as perCorporate Standards. Co-ordinate with electromechanical, civil contractors and suppliers. Projects execution , supervision , testing and commissioning Making Maintenance strategy and budgeting for the year. Provide reports to the Management. Liaisoning with government departments like ADDC, Civil Defense, etc. Responsible for smooth running of the Plant and Facilities Responsible for fire systems Project Budgeting Attend project meetings with consultants and contractors.  Estimating & Costing Project planning& Execute the projects Project coordination with consultant, main contractor , subcontractors & local authorities.
