I worked in the holidays rental office, we were in charge of finding a suitable holiday home for them and ensuring they received any services they liked e.g a private chef, baby sitters, masseuse or hot tub maintenance. We also managed the housekeeping and waste disposal aspect. Repeat clients is a lot of The Points business so it was important to follow up with customers and try and get them to book for the following year by offering deals or a repeat customer package. As a lot of the houses rented out were privately owned we also had to keep strong positive relationships with the owners, often having to balance the prices,to keep in line with market value, and keep the occupancy high.
