I have worked in the most extraordinary restaurant of Geneva for 5 months, with a breathtaking view of the whole city and distinguish dishes, my experience at Izumi was tremendous. I’ve occupied several positions during the summer, from commis to head waiter and sommelier, I have dealt with different type of responsibilities and many various missions.

My first internship of Vatel was at the restaurant Eden Roc, 1 Michelin star restaurant of the Cap Eden Roc Hotel of Antibes. Located on the Mediterranean sea side, I have had many missions when serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

In this gourmet restaurant, I have learnt a lot about restaurants and the way it works. I had many responsibilities and I was able to manage the team during services.
