In a context of strong competition and continuous improvement, the Defence and Space division and more specifically the Secure Communications department of Airbus was looking for an intern capable of participating in the development of market intelligence in the fields of defence, space and secure communications. My first objective was to identify major market trends and developments (competitors, technologies, customers, etc.), under the responsibility of the trainee supervisor, and then to provide a detailed report to the various departments of the service so that they can adapt their strategies to the current situation and future changes.My second mission, based on the continuous improvement of the quality of the inputs used to define our department's strategy, was to study the way the sources are collected, their pluralities and the "degree of trust" that could be placed in them. Moreover, the optimization of the methods for disseminating the information collected by our Business Intelligence unit was the subject of an in-depth study in order to increase the efficiency of our operations, with the aim of enabling other departments to appropriate the information more quickly and make the best use of it. Finally, I was entrusted with a very long-term prospective project concerning state doctrines at the spatial level (planned investments, conquest projects, required technologies, ...)

During my time at Neovia, I was assigned to the management of a project called TETRIS which involved all the managers of the head office. The aim of this project was to establish correlations between the functioning of the different departments and the space allocated to each one with the objective of optimizing these different work spaces by integrating the component of multidisciplinarity (more optimal intra and interdepartmental relations, better work efficiency, etc.). At the same time, a project on well-being and quality of life at work (inspired by the "Great place to work") was carried out to take the company into another dimension and thus help attract talent from all over France and Europe.

Within the framework of the Lobbying competition, I participated in the establishment of a strategy of influence at the level of the European institutions for the creation of a support structure for the victims of attacks and collective accidents. This competition brings together 5 schools including the Economic War School and Paris-Dauphine.

In charge of supporting the director of the L'Estac training center during the summer, my missions were very broad and allowed me to gain a more practical understanding of how a company works.
