At the Dassault Aviation flight test facility, in South of France, on behalf of Dassault Falcon Jet, performing flight test data analyses and calculations for the certification of the Falcon 6X.

On all Dassault Falcon aircrafts operating in the western hemisphere: Provide optimized troubleshooting solutions, engineering dispositions, and technical advice to support the operational needs of the operator for the flight control, hydraulic, and landing gear systems. Assessment of customer report of system malfunction or failed equipment and system electrical, hydraulic and mechanical review to provide recommendations and troubleshooting instructions. Analysis of Fault History DataBases, Aircraft Condition and Monitoring Function reports, and Flight Data Recorder downloads for in depth troubleshooting of system malfunctions. Development of data acquisition tooling for nose landing gear vibrations. Flight testing with relevant data acquisition, analysis, and reporting. Review, validate, or write letters to customers, reports, maintenance tasks, service bulletins and technical syntheses. Technical investigations on components with repair agents and on aircraft. Developed and delivered presentations at company seminars. Collaborate actively within DFJ customer support and Dassault Aviation, and with partners and repair vendors in both W/H and E/H. Support to DFJ program specialists for fleet system based issues and reliability reviews.

On all Dassault Falcon aircrafts operating in the western hemisphere:Provide optimized repair solutions, engineering dispositions, and technical advice to support the operational needs of the operator Analysis of structural damage to identify location and dimensions, and assess material loss or deformation. Assessment of damages performed using all available data: 2D-drawings, 3-D models, AMM, SRM, existing repair drawings and stress notes. Exchange daily with Dassault Aviation design and stress office for extended damage assessment necessity a new repair drawing or acceptance upon stress analysis. Provide disposition to customers based on review of their submittal, and compilation of approved data. Provide onsite support for several AOG situations, and F7X first C check. Responsible for sirenage troubleshooting fleet –wise. Performed onsite support to evaluate, troubleshoot, and conduct equipped flight tests.
