Japan to Taiwan.  Export yarns from Formosa Chemicals and Fibre Corporation to Japan and the Philippines.  Domestic business opportunities exploring.  Inventory control.  Finding new product (yarns etc) and introduce into domestic market.  New product (yarn and cloth) development project with domestic and oversea company.

 Manage a team of 24 PMs across Taiwan site and China factory site.  Drive my team to meet customer’s goals and schedule which provides excellent ODM experience to the customers.  Leading cross function members to the customer US site and conduct project roadmap presentation. Engaging more business opportunities.  Build up PM China team and organize training courses to develop their capabilities and PM skills.

Tstl Taiwan

 Evaluating project schedule, manufacturability during concept stage.  Coordinating internal technical team and development team to gather/prepare RFQ documentations Input technical content on all RFQ's in assigned program. Scoring, participating and voting in RFQ candidates for review meeting.  Integrates extended Product Engineering activities as they relate to the Product program Main Interface to the Product Development team and ODM/OEM supplier base during New Product development Procurement representative at Critical development meetings  Managing and coordinating among teams to quickly fix quality/technical issues. (rework activities, defect analysis tracking etc..) Reports Procurement Engineering ECAT (electronics card assembly and test) status through the Development Program Manager, PDT, and PDM Obtains commits from supplier(s) based on development requirements Works with the new product GCM (global commodity manager) on all commercial issues cost schedule, technology differentiation, competition Leading and managing the alternative source qualification.  WW product launch leadership Establish common prototype delivery business processes and tools across supplier base Demonstrates results at key checkpoints kick-off, sourcing, power on, system integration test, manufacturing integration test, and SRR (Supplier readiness review)

 Review and approve/implementeEngineering changes request.  Conduct DFM (design for manufacturing) reviews with suppliers – TSTL DFM Engineer Project manages pre-GA activities for PQE Team Ensures that the product and processes are GA ready Primary focal point and first point of contact for the supplier site Leader for the weekly quality meetings with supplier Owns continuous improvement plans with the supplier Track and report site quality performance Provides input to the bi-annual scorecard Break in production EC’s at the supplier Issues off-specs pertaining to the product being built at that site Owns the quality of the cards at the supplier site Participates or leads in QIN audits and provides follow-up on action items PCN (process/product change notification)owner for the supplier site Owns the transfer of cards between supplier sites Works with WW Team on the qualification of new CM sites
