I was an R&D engineer in my previous job (Compal). I was responsible for mobile phone audio circuit design and base-band system integration. After joining IBM, I was assigned to be a PME (Product manufacturing engineer) to be on-side support in contracted manufacturer's manufacturing sites to ensure and monitor IBM products quality. From late 2006, my job role transferred to ECAT TPM. I need to monitor and control ECAT manufacturing schedule and ensure the samples quality are good and can support our project master schedule. Also support the project end to end even after the projects are in mass production. 2010 been appointed to be team leader to provide guidance and share my own experience of ECAT know-how to the whole ECAT TPM team. To lead the semi mature team to evolve to be an more optimized team. On 2012, taken on the new role as ECAT TPM to support first ODM System Power project at TSTL TW. By mid-2014, an opportunity presented to me which was the position of PM director in Wistron corporation. It was new and exciting, gave me the chance to learn and be educated at the different angle of seeing how a organization work. How to interact with people not just from the project management side but also from the people skills side. Now I am working in the whole new industrial field international trading in textile and fabric goods. Taking in the new experience and hopefully can merge it with the old experience and create something extraordinary in the world of textile and fabric.
