    I was contacted by the new President / CEO to see if I had interest in returning. After 3+ years of hotel nights and commuting over 180,000 miles from my home and family, I decided the drive from New Jersey to Baltimore was too much and returned home. Accomplishments since returning are:• Restructured and refinanced the ESOP by developing a plan to ensure steady fair market value growth and ensuring share availability for future participants• Developed an in-house ESOP repurchase obligation model to predict future distributions and implemented a plan to ensure adequate cash reserves• Modified the ESOP plan changing the redemption policy allowing for repurchased shares to be held in treasury for future allocation to the next generation• Changed our phantom stock and SAR plan restructuring for the next generation and their retention • Board Member and a committee member of the ESOP Communications Committee, the ESOP Administrative Committee and the Nominating Committee• Developed the firm’s acquisition strategy plan to streamline the process for us and the seller. Currently involved in multiple acquisitions pursuits.• Re-implemented the Deltek Vision software package and started the migration to Vantagepoint. The firm is now 100% employee owned. Negotiated all financing, the plan documentation and former shareholder incentives. Planning and organizing all projects, including; company infrastructure, web page design and disaster recovery• Analyzed various software packages and selected Deltek Vision. All staff were trained and thoroughly using the system. Periodically called by Deltek to comment on their job costing project / resource planning module and provides consulting services to several firms in the region.• Acquired a firm in Greenville, SC and opened a new office in PA. Negotiated leases and involved in the operations, construction and information technology to ensure an opening on time and within budget. • Streamlined the billing process to improve cash flow and reduce accounts receivable aging by ten days. Implemented a tax software package and internally prepared over 75 tax returns. Interact with external tax prepares to ensure the other tax returns are prepared in a timely and efficient fashion.• Assisted in our quarterly and annual Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
