Develop and maintain effective reporting systems for the Welsh Water contract, ensuring the most powerful, up-to-date, and relevant detail is provided for performance management purposes. This will include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting root cause analysis of performance issues, and providing recommendations to improve performance. Analyse data using a variety of statistical techniques and provide insights and recommendations to improve contract performance, cost-efficiency, and operational effectiveness. This will include identifying trends, correlations, and patterns in data, and using this information to inform decision-making. Team up with key stakeholders, including the contract manager, operational teams, and other analysts. To ensure that all reporting requirements are met and that data is accurate and in a timely manner. This will involve building effective working relationships and communicating complex information to a range of audiences. Maintain and update databases to ensure that all relevant data is included and up-to-date. This will involve extracting data from a variety of sources, cleaning and validating data, and ensuring data quality and integrity . Create and deliver reports and presentations that are of a high standard and delivered in a timely manner. This will include using a range of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
