The General Manager at the InterContinental Vienna is fully responsible for the financial and operational success of the property. He oversees a team of skilled professionals, including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance & Purchasing, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering & Property Maintenance, etc. The GM is the single point of contact for both IHG Corporate and the Owners of the hotel.

The Design Manager is responsible for multiple new development and renovation projects at existing hotels. He leads the design and procurement project team through all stages of a project, ensuring a timely and successful conclusion. The Design Manager keeps all project stakeholders (Owners, FSHR Management, Consultants, Design and Construction Department, Hotel Team, etc.) informed on the Project Status. The DM also provides Hotel Owners with a single point of contact.
