Over the course of more than 30 years as a licensed professional engineer , I have been fortunate in being able to provide a broad spectrum of clients with a wide range of services. These services have been provided to municipalities as their employee, to municipalities and counties as their consultant, to facility owners, and to private developers.Services provided to government entities included management and design for projects including: roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation; drainage improvement, flood protection, athletic fields/courts; passive and active recreational parks; waterparks; school additions; school bus loops; emergency services buildings and building additions; etc.In-house government positions and appointed consultant positions have included the following:Director of Public WorksMunicipal EngineerPlanning Board EngineerPlanning Board PlannerZoning Board of Adjustment EngineerZoning Board of Adjustment PlannerRecycling CoordinatorCertified Floodplain ManagerMy private sector work experience has included project management and design for residential, office, retail, warehouse, trucking depots, college dormitories, religious facilities, and medical facility development projects.
