I am a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in our Brussels office. I advise on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.My practice focuses on corporate M&A and private equity work. I represent corporate clients, private equity funds and other financial investors in their investments, add ons, portfolio assistance (including restructuring advice) and exit transactions, often with an international dimension.I work across several sectors, such as energy & infrastructure, life sciences and technology.I am a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
