I am a forward thinking, motivated, and conscientious student currently on the Law and Legal Practice course at Nottingham Trent University. Having graduated with a BA (Hons) in History from the University of York and an MSc in International Business and Strategic Management, also from York, I have acquired excellent analytical, research, presenting, editing, and writing skills. These courses also developed my ability to work to a deadline whilst ensuring the quality and depth of my research and writing did not suffer. My experience in various roles of responsibility has meant that I am effective at managing my time and working as part of a team. Having graduated from the University of York, I have now begun the Law Conversion course and am hoping to progress into a career in the legal profession, preferably as a barrister. I have previous experience working as a delivery driver, working as a key worker during the Covid-19 Pandemic delivering essential supplies to businesses in the Education, Financial Services, and Civil Engineering industries amongst others. This allowed me to develop my people skills and problem solving whilst also ensuring I completed my tasks on time.
