I oversaw AIG’s Global Public Policy, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications (including Media, Marketing, Branding, Digital Media, and Sponsorship) Sustainability/ESG/Climate, and Corporate Citizenship and Charitable Giving teams.Before AIG, I served as Senior Advisor to Evercore’s Investment Advisory business and previously headed the Connecticut Insurance Department, a regulatory agency with jurisdiction over one of the largest insurance industries in the United States. Prior, I spent 22 years as the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Northington Partners Inc., a Connecticut-based NASD broker dealer, venture capital, private equity and investment banking boutique, specializing in the insurance industry. I previously served as a member of the executive committee of both the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors.
