Board member of an Organization that is near to my heart. Tony Baughman was a dear friend of mine that we unfortunately lost in 2012. While his death was horrific, it brought about an amazing opportunity to prevent this tragedy happening to others. This organization, including the TB5K Fun Run and Family Day, has helped finance driver safety awareness in the greater Chattanooga, TN area. I will never overcome the loss of my friend, but I will honor his legacy always going forward!

Daily management of associates within the Pick Department to maintain efficiency in our role within the Outbound Process at CHA1. With the department averaging from 150-200 associates the need for meticulous Lean Management is a crucial part of my day to day role. By data mining, trend analytics, and deep diving I along with the other members of my team estimate demand levels for production within our own department; as well as the entirety of the Outbound Process. Through my tenure at Amazon I have become an asset in any form of an Operational role. I am excited to continue Having Fun, Working Hard, and Making History!

I was a pivotal bridge between Senior Camp Leadership and the base camp staff. I assisted in the day to day activities of the President of the Camp to be beneficial in any way he see fit, may that be office work (i.e. Data management and Recording) or tasks involving interpersonal skills amongst another staff members.

I was able to spend countless hours learning and being molded by some of Chattanooga’s finest leaders.Through many opportunities and relationships that were built in my time with CCVB I gained beneficial insight on the world of Media Based Marketing. Working with local business owners in a thriving and affluent market we were able to achieve innumerable successes, including winning the title: “Best Town Ever” twice from the well renowned ‘Outdoor Magazine’.
