Took a promotion to Project Manager in Atlanta, GA 10/14 to 9/15 for Comcast. Overseen design for the Big South Region WIFI project. Managed the design contractor designing the insertion of WIFI units for the complete region. Improved design rate for a faster turnaround on the delivery of designs. Improved install rate and finished 2015 installs at 125%. Attended weekly meetings with corporate for overall project status. Finished POR of installs for the year 3 months early.Took on multiple projects and another promotion in 9/15 for Comcast as Field Operation Manager. Worked side by side with VP and direct management of region as a direct contact for multiple projects to ensure the overall performance of projects.
