Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to:1. Develop recruitment policies and strategies in addition to operating as the companies sole contact for full cycle (in-house) recruitment. 2. Created and implemented the Company's onboarding and offboarding procedures.3. Manage the classification of job titles and salary brackets.4. Create and implement learning and development programs, performance management systems, and continued learning initiatives for annual/semi-annual compliance (HR compliance, Anti-Trust Etc.). 5. Negotiate collective agreements with third parties on behalf of the organization (Benefits, HRIS, LMS, recruitment agencies, events, Workman's Comp, PEO administration fees, etc.). 6. Develop reports to assist with annual audits, budgeting (SG and A), benefits and compensation analysis, and any other ad hoc initiatives.7. Work closely with the C Suite to provide personnel information and insights that effects the companies culture, productivity, and succession planning.8. Handle personnel conflicts, investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.9. Implemented new benefits, switching from a fully insured plan (Aetna) to a level-funded plan (BCBS). This promoted 6 figure savings, lower premiums, and better coverages.10. Handle all aspects of immigration, including H1-b Lottery and transfers and the Green Card process for all eligible employees.11. Manage entire Personnel Budget and HR budget for the company across all US locations.
