Handle personnel conflicts, investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.9. Implemented new benefits, switching from a fully insured plan (Aetna) to a level-funded plan (BCBS). This promoted 6 figure savings, lower premiums, and better coverages.10. Handle all aspects of immigration, including H1-b Lottery and transfers and the Green Card process for all eligible employees.11. Manage entire Personnel Budget and HR budget for the company across all US locations.
