In my position I´m responsible for developing and expanding the treasury area within PwC.Working with PwC enables me to work with a broad spectre of companies both listed and privately owned and across various industries together with an ambitious team. We are driven by building relations and become a trusted advisor through value creation by understanding our customers and their needs for continued improvement.

In my role as Senior Manager in our Corporate Finance department I have a broad role working with many interesting areas within finance. Main areas are listed below:Treasury functions on group level such as funding, liquidity & cash management and stakeholder management. Have created a new cash management setup with large savings.Creating investment platforms with PE joint venture partners and asset management. M&A and valuation of a.o. transactions with infrastructure characteristics.Responsible for a working capital project with a large potential of which reductions of more than 30 mill. has been achieved. Implemented politics, processes and reporting tools to follow up on KPIs.Great experience with presentation of financing needs, negotiation and documentation with a broad range of financial institutions on bilateral basis, club deals and syndicates. Key person in a large refinancing of the group for a billion USD amount.Risk management of fx and interests including optimization through options or review of natural hedge opportunities.Project leader for purchasing of a treasury system handling our loan portfolio and related financial products.

Have gained a broad experience from working in our legal department where I primarely have been involved in corporate law with a focus on finacing- and general contract law relating to joint venture agreements, share sale and purchase agreements, assignments, ship financing and buying and selling vessels.

Started as a part time job meanwhile studying. Was offered full time employment, during my studies, after ended studies.

I wrote my thesis in cooperation with Plougmann & Vingtoft titled "Patents in a strategic perspective - with focus on biotech inventions".
