At a very young age I have been interested in computers, websites and online interactivity ever since the internet first came about for consumer use. I’ve made many websites and have been running my own webhosting servers for about 20+ years now for various needs, hobbies and interests.I graduated from the University of Georgia with an Interdisciplinary Studies BFA degree that I designed for myself with approval from the Associate Dean. This new degree, which I titled "Interactive New Media & Design" allowed me to pull from many different schools: Fine Art, Digital Media, New Media, Computer Science, Graphic Design, 3D Animation and modeling. After college I starting working for Fiserv as a website developer and eventually moved into a Technical Consultant role that provided experience in Windows server administration, MySQL databases, SSL certificates, DNS, client FTP management, client training, presentations and project implementations. I was at Fiserv for 12 years and recently decided to take my career into a new direction with LexisNexis Risk Solutions.My personal hobbies and interests include traditional art mediums, crafting, graphic design, 3D modelling and animation, woodworking, electronics, LED lighting projects, home automation, home theater setups, and collecting retro video games and early Japanese computers from the late 80’s and early 90’s; sometimes exhibiting these at events such as the Vintage Computer Fair Southeast that is put on just about every year by the Atlanta Historical Computing Society.I'm currently working at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Technical Consultant. As an artist, most of my work covers a broad spectrum, including 2D & 3D graphic design and animation, photo imaging, game development and traditional mediums such as sculpture and illustration.I am always looking for opportunities to grow and apply that knowledge gained in my overall body of work.
