Head of material planning and order placing, internal logistics and warehousing. Main focus is to have the right components at the right time at the right place in the production. Other focus areas are improving the material flows within the company and improving warehouse efficiency.

Overall responsibility for the composites manufacturing factory, consisting of approx. 50 people. Main focus areas are: resource and production planning, choosing the right manufacturing techniques and materials for coming projects, material sourcing, improve communication between people (both within the factory and within the company) and making sure that budgets are kept.

Project manager for a project of building boats at a subcontractor in a foreign country. Involved in the contract negotiations with the subcontractor before the project started. Worked in close contact with the subcontractor's employees, on all corporate levels.

Research and development work to further enhance Nautor's composite material and process knowledge. Implementation of chosen process and materials. Sourcing of materials for Nautor's lamination and mould making shop.

Sourcing of several different material groups; composite materials, electronics, electrical equipment, steering systems etc.
