To date, been working as an engineer in the water/waste treatment industry for 1 year and Petrochemical industry for 6 years.Start off as a facilities engineer after graduating from University of New South Wales with First Class Honours. In charge of the production of Ultra pure water and waste treatment for Siltronic Singapore Pte Ltd. This job require to maintain the uptime of the Ultra pure water production and also to ensure the waste disposal is within the Singapore regulation. Need to work with a team of technicians to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various process equipments, as well as implementing cost saving improvement project.Following that, I was involved in the SINGA project for Infineum Singapore Pte Ltd which is a multi million expansion project as a field engineer. This role required to work closely with the project EPC on the planning and execution on the field work aspect of the project. Need to ensure field works are carried out according to schedule and most importantly, safely. Ensure the quality of the field work by involving in various inspections for civil works and equipment such as pump alignment.After that, I start working as a process engineer for Infineum Singapore Pte Ltd for a reaction and solid separation unit which involve chemical such as lime, methanol and xylene. This role require the constant monitoring of the process condition of the unit, working closely with operation to provide technical support. Currently, I switch unit to the blending unit which expose me to the commercial aspect of the organisation. Have a positive attitude to learning and possess high self-motivation towards challenges. Furthermore,highly organized in tasks that I have been assigned. Studying overseas has exposed me to different cultures and has provided chances to work with people of different nationalities, thus I believe I will be able to blend in easily in the working environment.
