1. Join SiEn (QingDao) Semiconductor on 3/16 2021, being A.VP, I report to Operation VP to handle Fab, Facility, ESH and IE. 2. There are 20 years experiences on Semiconductor field, First 11 years in tsmc, remaining 9 years in SMIC. One of my proud leading achievement is: 512 SiChuan earthquake, I was the SMIC ChengDu fab director. Because of routine drill since fab setup, there is no one hurt during earthquake. Under my leading, (after checking whole fab safety systems) the fab was recovered to production within 12 hours.3. My career in Semiconductor, started from being equipment engr., then process engr.,then manufactuing manager. Because of these unique experiences, I am well-understood the fab operation.4. Joined GCL-Poly on Y2010 to be the deputy GM of TaiCang site to handle operation.5. Join Crystal-Optech on Y2013 to be the deputy GM of TaiZhou company. With systematically improvements to tremendously reduce the batch scrap rate from 3.42% in 2013 to 1.03%, which means saves more than RMB 27 millions
