- Ensure execution of asset protection strategies to reduce loss, drive operational results, and reduce shrink.- Analyze inventory data and analytics to determine root-cause analysis of results, as well as improve processes.- Partner cross-functionally to drive productivity and performance of operations teams for successful inventory and shrink-reduction strategies.- Monitor and respond to expense, exception and management reports to identify anomalies and improve EBITDA.- Develop and detail special projects as needed for investigations that identify fraud, theft or policy violations, as well as ensure integrity of all investigations, reducing civil liability and ensuring core values are protected.- Collaborate with Divisional, Regional and District Partners to foster team work and drive productivity, as well as lead a team of Asset Protection District Managers throughout the region.
