I have years worth of knowledge from working in resource planning in a large contact centre environment, particularly at the strategic planning level where balancing financial needs and customer needs are key. Experience working with big data, and have great knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, SQL and more. Experienced in building and discussing reports, charts and slide decks to tell a story. I have a hunger to learn new skills and new methods, and I believe I have the ability to transfer my skills over to other roles.I enjoy creative hobbies, such as Photography and aerial Photography, have great experience using Photoshop and Lightroom. I often use my creative flair in my work life.
