• Managed quality performance testing with supply base for cosmetic exteriors for Range and Land Rover programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback to development teams.
• Developed and a new quality process to ensure prototype suppliers can compliantly supply production intent parts with zero defects to support new product launches.
• Delivered a cross functional lean Six Sigma project to the vehicle assembly process driving improvements in product quality [zero defects], operational efficiency [+15% right first time] and cost [£100K p/a rework cost.
