Working closely with the Head of Operations,I have developed training directly addressing the needs in Health and Social Care including accredited courses such as Medication Administration ,Autism Awareness, Mental Health Awareness and Management. As well as this we have also implemented other courses such as Refresher training, Management and Train the Trainer courses. In addition to this , I am Lead Internal Quality Assurer for accredited courses for both awarding bodies we work with.

Working as a Tutor, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer providing teaching, training and support to learners working towards an Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care as well as Management qualifications at levels 3 to 5,and teaching functional skills in Maths , English and ICT.
