 In the health team, I organised the agenda, content and slides, chaired and presented our monthly All Hands Call. I had to book rooms in different offices around the country and ensure external guests/our consultants could attend too when necessary. I managed the client relationship with a supplier project, performing both project manager/owner roles when necessary, while organising meetings/room bookings/catering etc. I also collated and wrote content for our internal newsletter and an external one to our Vanguards (Hospital Trusts). It required getting sign-off from many different parts of the team and from the customers themselves and having to organise team members into writing content for both.  I worked with our marketing agencies, briefed them on content we needed and collaborated with them on occasion too, to make customer-facing and internal content about our Future Wireless and Sustainability propositions.

I gained experience in creating and collaborating on the MVNO MTP (financial plan), engaging in formulation and maintenance day to day of all the KPIs, changing data to ensure it made sense year on year (YoY).I created a monthly executive presentation from scratch, which included month on month, and consolidated views of all the MVNO KPIs which helped generate commercial insight on a contract by contract basis. I was also the business partner for the product team regarding their Capex management and tracking, assisting with decision making on spendingI helped lead on the First Class Finance initiative within the finance team, which included planning internal events, providing and scheduling learning opportunities/sessions and organising socials whilst also sending out a weekly newsletter to everyone in the Finance team.

I supported the creation and delivery of the 21/22 Annual Investment Plan, conversing internally with stakeholders in order to ascertain their project capex forecasts whilst coaching them through the C2M process on our Sharepoint site. This involved scheduling meetings for other stakeholders and also myself with project managers and owners. This increased my stakeholder management abilities tenfold as I had to understand when the right time was to contact people and also use the correct language in emails and over the phone in order to lead them to outcomes I needed to complete. I also spent time curating stakeholder lists and managing the refresh of financial data too on various types of excel sheets.
