Adapt job role to two different environments on a constant basis, one stand alone Boutique, and one concession within a department store.Main responsibilities:Inventory Management - EPOS stock system accuracy; Manage all stock and related processes (transfers, returns, damaged/faulty goods, stolen goods, etc), including all stock off site with the Store Manager. Ensure data is accurate and up to date at all times, and raise quality issues to Store Manager, Head office and Hermès Paris.Information Reporting: Communicate status of stock in relation to orders, sales and other movements. Work closely with Store Manager to monitor and review inventory levels to maintain optimum stock holdings between both stores. Oversee regular stock counts and stocktake in both stores, report and explain to Store manager and Head Office any variances from theoretical stock. Work with IT co-ordinator at Head office in developing the EPOS system and associated processes.Internal Procedure; Follow and implement processes based upon group procedures, and adjust to any recommendations from Paris internal auditors. Ensure that the Store team understand and comply with Company/ store administration systems related to tracking stock movements. Manage customer and store product repairs/returns and communicate with Paris, ensure the customer or Manager kept informed throughout the process.Store Management Support: Work closely with the Store Manager as a senior member of the Store management team and provide a general administrative system for the operation of the store.I am expected to maintain good relationships within the team and with contacts outside of the two stores, other Hermès Stores, Head Office, Warehouse and Paris Head office.
