Worked as technical lead developing nitrogen soil chemistry simulation modeling and agronomic recommendation services. Utilizing technologies including AWS Lambda, docker, and custom micro-service management and orchestration services written in Clojure, Scala, Go (Golang) and Python.Previous to that, worked with Ruby on Rails to develop user customization and management services, and documentation generation and signing services for use in federal crop insurance programs.

Worked with a small team of developers to build data processing pipelines and reporting engines for online analytics of user on-site behavior including mouse and "attention" tracking. Built primarily in C++ with multiple database backends for different stages of the pipeline, along with some utilities and scripts built in everything from simple Bash scripts, to Ruby, Python, and Javascript. Built and supported the javascript, html, and css frameworks for use on the website and reporting engine, and user interactions with the advanced reporting features.

Utilized Ruby on Rails to develop AWS cost reporting infrastructure backed by a Mysql-implemented "hypercube"-style storage and generic reporting system. Built frameworks for the automatic generation of reporting queries, rollup views, materialized and cached database views, etc. Developed a framework for secure, tamper-resistant logging for secure infrastructure, private/public key management for individual contributors and code-signing, and a "strong box" processing pipeline to ensure security of customer information during processing.

Worked to build (using C, Ruby/Rails, Javascript) one of the largest online wikis in existence at the time through the use of custom-built web scrapers designed to discover websites and lexicaly sort and compare them, as well as custom data discovery systems that used advanced statistical analysis to identify addresses, phone numbers, and other specific pieces of data in an automated way from millions of web sites. Support devops operations in the construction, maintenance, installation, and configuration of our data-center (this was before AWS was so popular), as well as building deployment systems that ensured zero-downtime, full test coverage, and automated rollbacks. Built a custom wiki format parser in C that, at the time, was the most compliant wiki formatting parser outside of wikipedia's codebase, and by far the fastest.

Worked with partners to design, develop, and market creator support software, allowing individual one-time and recurring contributions to content creators by their fans. Developed primarily in Ruby on Rails, with some C/C++ for speed-critical components, Propits was embedable directly on client websites, or as a standalone community portal, allowing for community support of passion projects.

Managed a 30+ member strong private security force specializing in high threat, soft detail protection services primarily with high-ranking Tibetan Lamas in exile.

I was asked by representatives of the Tibetan Royal Family to assist with re-gaining control of the website, http://ambassadorsforworldpeace.org, after their former employee became angry and changed all the site and email credentials, and started defacing the site. I was contacted by a close friend of the family, and worked with Jigme Norbu, as well as various other members of the group to restore control of the site.

This was a contracting house that worked with dozens of other companies, and in the process of working with them we built systems using many different frameworks and technologies including Php, C/C++, some early Rails work, custom hosting solutions built on a client-by-client basis, and others.

Designed and built systems for the creation and support of online advertising campaigns. Designed software used in pattern detection and prediction, reporting, and Information-based Decision Making for customer predictive analysis and targeting.

Currently working on creating multiple web services for the process of finding user-created web-content for inclusion in a print magazine, utilizing the Ruby On Rails development platform. Defining requirements for myself and others on the team using editor feed-back and requests.

Designed, architected and developed a customized intelligent database solution in support of RF engineering deployments for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Led a team of developers creating 30 business portals for management, inventory tracking, and engineering design. Worked closely with RF engineers to develop communication networks for fire, emergency rescue, and police departments nationwide, including the use of VOIP and ROIP technologies to connect far-reaching regions of the US.

Designed and developed custom java web-based systems used by professional photographers. Worked closely with Master Photographers to create a complete digital photography workflow solution. Integrated code from multiple programming languages into one intelligent, cohesive system.
