Ensuring I stay within the policy and procedures and the sustainability and welfare of both recruits and the staff during the 14-week syllabus.• Being physically and mentally robust enough to maintain high standards in all areas while applying the core values and standards of the British Army to everyday life. Improving the standard of recruit confidence and turn out to have the instructor perform as well as what is being taught, creating team cohesion with both staff and recruits.• Preparing and Teaching lessons for the recruits while constantly assessing the recruit’s knowledge and abilities to make sure they can pass the assessments required in training. Not knowing when a notice to move will be called. Having machines maintained and personal qualifications and equipment up to date was vital. Prioritizing multiple circumstances if personal weren’t in date for annual training or if equipment needed changing, having to act quickly. When called a Brigade of over 500 personnel had to work together to deploy to Ukraine within 48 hours carrying over £1000 worth of equipment each.
