Thomas is currently the Director of Aikon Development Consultancy Limited. He is specialized in preparing and dealing with planning applications, planning reviews, short-term tenancy / waiver applications and land matter projects of various kinds. He is also experienced in supervising and managing professional staff in dealing with planning and land matter projects. The projects mainly involved temporary open storage development, residential development, hotel development, conversion of existing building, religious institution development, urban renewal development, land resumption, etc.Thomas also has experiences in handling residential development project for developer. He was involved to co-ordinate with solicitor, engineer, architect, surveyor and real estate agent for a high-rise residential development project in the New Territories from the construction stage to pre-sale consent stage, and was responsible to conduct market research to explorer and identify any opportunities that are worthy of development/redevelopment. In addition to the above, Thomas has specialized knowledge in business development providing marketing strategy and exploring business opportunities for the companies.
