Project work related to assist Prosafe on Averøya Industripark with their floatel Safe Boreas.Various tasks was performed on this project to make the rig ready for operation, such as:-Reactivation of technical systems after cold lay up since october 2019.-Perform corrective and preventive maintenance accumulated during the layup period.-5 yearly class survey (SPS) including DP trials.-Mobilisation and other preparations needed to provide accommodation support for CNOOC at the Buzzard platform on UKCS.

Working onboard Mariner BSome of my tasks and responsibilities are:-be a visible head of department of all technical trades onboard and promote safety culture.-participate in the daily work duties in engine room and on deck as required.-follow up general on-board training, including emergency and on the job training.-prioritize and distribute work assignments to the subordinate crew.-participate in management inspections throughout the vessel.-completion and quality check of the engine log book, oil record book and other log books and other records.-assist in authorities and classification society inspections and as necessary carry out surveys on behalf of classification society if required.-make sure all repairs to the hull and mechanical and electrical equipment are done with a good plan, use of work permit, SJA and safety equipment.-make sure that the maintenance program for the FSU is followed up, and all maintenance and repair work is registered in the maintenance system.-make sure that all lifting operations within my area of responsibility is planned and performed according to lifting procedure.-make sure the FSU has the necessary supplies (bunkers, lubrication oils, spare parts) on board and that this is being ordered on time.

Phase 1: Working for Statoil's Mariner B project on site, during commisioning and handover of the FSU from SHI yard in South Korea. Working onboard under the tow from SHI yard in South Korea to the UK sector in the North Sea.Phase 2: Working onboard Mariner B on location on the Mariner field.Some of my tasks were:Monitor and operation of; -alarm system panels for all systems on-board.-ballast operation.-power management control and operation.-the FSU's azimuths and DP system.-Responsible for operation of the vessel fixed radio equipment. Including keeping the radio log and function test of equipment.-at all times be updated on helicopter and vessel movements on the field, and responsible for the communication with vessels within the 500 meter safety zone.-responsible for keeping the stand by vessel updated with the FSU's latest POB and marine operations inside 500 meter zone.-responsible for updating the ship log books and reports such as;-deck log book-radio traffic log book (GMDSS)-entering of enclosed space log book-engine room log book.-environmental reports and fuel consumption reports.-work permit and isolation register.

Working onshore in the head office for COSLRival and COSLRigmar's operations team.Some of my tasks was:-Communication with the Technical Section Leaders onboard the rigs.-Monitoring and optimization of technical operations.-Administration of the maintenance management system.-Plan and conduct annual inspections by authorities and class to ensure that the rigs at all times are in accordance with the requirements.-Responsible for planning and executing modification projects.-Spare parts optimization.-Monthly Maintenance KPI reports.-Analyse and propose improvements based on KPI indicators.-Assist our project team in planning of yard stay and class renewal. -Provide relevant technical information and documentation to the field operators when requested.-Arrange for third party companies to come onboard the rigs when needed.

Working onboard COSLPromoter.Some of my tasks was:-Maintaining and familarisation of various engine systems and equipment.-Conduct daily checks of relevant machinery spaces and report any abnormalities for a safe DP operation of the vessel.-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout my area of responsibility.

Working onboard COSLRival. Some of my tasks was:-Start-up and operation of all engine systems. -Maintained all engine systems and equipment as per scheduled in the planned maintenance system. -Performed and reported corrective repairs as required.-Be familiarised on how to operate all emergency systems including shut down systems.-Monitor power consumption and power requirements and supplied more when required.-Monitor the daily consumption of diesel oil, lubrication oil, potable water and ensure that adequate quantities was available.-In charge of the engineroom watch keeping and keeping of the engine room logs.-Contributed to a continous improvement of the Maintenance Management System.-Housekeeping.

Worked onboard COSLRigmar. Managed by Ocean Rig ASA and Polycrest AS before COSL Drilling Europe AS took over the rig.Some of my tasks was:-Operation of the machinery in the various machinery rooms.-Engine room watch keeping and keeping of the engine room log.-Carried out maintenance of the various machinery equipment as per planned maintenance program.-Monitored the power consumption and ensure distribution upon demand.-Contributed to a continous improvement of the Maintenance Management System.-Housekeeping.

Served onboard two shuttletankers during my apprentice period.M/T Navion Oceania from August 1999 to July 2000.M/T Polytraveller from August 2000 to July 2001.
