Thomas L. Lutz (Tom) is a Managing Director and Senior Partner for Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He began work with BCG in 1992, and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Consumer Practice and Global Leader for for BCG`s PE Portfolio Value Accelerator.Prior to these roles he served as the Global Leader of Consumer & Retail Practice, Leader of the North American Private Equity Practice, Global Restaurant Topic Leader and Managing Partner of the South System and most recently as the Global Leader of the Large Scale Change (BCG TURN, Transformation, M&A, PMI, ZBB) practice.Tom earned his Master of Business Administration degree, with distinction, from The Harvard Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors and distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he serves on the Business School Board and the Honors Program Board. A Dallas resident, Tom is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and helped to co-found the Serve Our Heroes Charity.
