• Responsible for leading and guiding the Metrology group through various internal audits to show the departments is in compliance to AS9100, ANSI Z540.1, ANSI Z540.3 and ISO 17025 requirements.• Perform successful closed loop Root Cause and Corrective Actions on any audit findings of calibration failures or issues.• Work with Program Testing Engineers to reduce and resolve Out of Tolerance incidents on assets that did not pass calibration when presented. • Responsible for managing the Third-Party calibration vendor Keysight Technologies account for all M&TE assets being calibrated and/or sent out for offsite vendor repair.• Responsible for creating and reporting Monthly Calibration Metrics for 8 individual Raytheon sites to higher to site Managers and Mission Assurance Management.• Responsible for the creation and updating of Metrology Rules-Command Media that governs how the Metrology Department operates.• Main point of contact to respond and lead QMS, AS9100 and Corporate audits.• In possession of active DOD clearance.
