I am a Senior Lawyer in the Data Legal team at ANZ. My experience includes: (i) drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including intellectual property licences and assignments, data sharing agreements, goods and services contracts, software, SaaS and IT outsourcing agreements, intra-company contracts, terms and conditions, and consultancy agreements; (ii) advising on artificial intelligence and regulatory matters, including privacy, data protection and consumer law; (iii) providing corporate support, including running due diligence exercises in relation for intellectual property, privacy, data protection, consumer law and commercial contract matters, and drafting and negotiating ancillary documents and warranties in share and asset sale agreements for the same; and (iv) managing intellectual property disputes, including drafting affidavits, submissions, and cease and desist letters. I have worked with a variety of clients in Australia, the US and the UK, including in the areas of government, consumer goods and services, insurance, fintech, life sciences and private equity, and for high growth, private and public companies.
