About Thomas M.

I am outgoing, proactive, and often have the role as social motivator for my team. I am used to communicate on all levels of the organization which makes it easy for me to fit into different functions of the company. I hold a MSc. in Industrial Marketing and Purchasing from Copenhagen Business School. During my career I have had my focus on the company’s external functions such as strategic and operational procurement, and developing/managing supplier relationships.I believe in teamwork, mutual trust and a win/win mentality which also reflected in my leadership style.
