I worked as project manager in our food and beverage franchise division at Dansk Supermarket. Our department handles the franchise concepts Starbucks and Carls Junior. I was among other things responsible for the transition from our ERP legacy systems to SAP. This position gave me an immense insight in the business processes as well as the demand for BI reporting and foodservice requirements. The job required the ability to communicate on all levels of the organization - both with the executive group and understanding and translating the needs from the end user. Furthermore I was handling a part of the supply chain and logistical setup for our new store openings in Starbucks and Carls Junior.

I worked as a Category Coordinator in the Food purchasing department at Dansk Supermarked where I had the daily contact with our restaurants and suppliers. I had a broad portfolio of suppliers where I singlehanded developed and maintained the relationships, negotiated prices and secured the right quality. Furthermore I maintained and developed our statistical data for category analysis and our internal bonus programmes for our restaurants.Among other projects I have been a key part of the project team working on the roll out of the Starbucks and Carl's Junior brands in Denmark. I was the project lead on developing our IT and logistics systems alongside handling our department’s management accounting and loss control. The cooperation with Starbucks and Carl's Junior has given me a great insight in working with the best in the class and how having focus on the entire value chain and concept development makes a solid foundation for business operations. This job has especially strengthened my skills in category management and concept development.

I wrote my master thesis in cooperation with Kvik A/S. The main area of study was supplier selection and risk management.

During my masters degree I worked as a part time project coordinator in the team that was re-sponsible for the FoodExpo fair. I was responsible for updating the webpage, and planning an exhibition stand at the Bella Center on the TEMA fair. I was also an office backup in their analytical department making the statistical material and questionnaires for evaluating different fairs. This job taught me to work with very strict deadlines and the value of planning ahead. Furthermore it gave me insight and understanding for what it takes to coordinate events with more than 25.000 visitors.

I was appointed as tutor by the study administration for a group of 5 freshmen on the BSc. in Business Administration. I have helped with both theoretical and practical assignments alongside with the transission from high school to being a full time student.
