Managing Front of House Dining Operations & coordinating with Back of House in accordance to company guidelines & standards. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of Front of House Staff, assist with Bar Management & Beverage Program, and all other aspects of Restaurant Service as directed by GM and/or Director of Operations.

Training & coaching of existing staff to maintain consistently high level customer service for all guests within the facility in accordance to Meadows standards. Assist in staff scheduling in accordance to expected business volume in comparison to scheduled events and promotions.

In charge of all product ordering and Inventory Maintenance for The Club beverage operation. Over see training, staffing, and development of Front Of House Service Staff. Develop and promote specialty drink and wine menus, supervise the Club Wine Society Program for Club Members, assist Club House Manager with billing for the beverage end of banquets as well as in helping prospective banquet bookings make beverage selections for their banquet bar. Assist in development and implementation of Special Event Promotions for Club Members.

Oversaw entire Beverage Operation, including purchasing, inventory, pricing, staffing and training, hired and trained service and kitchen staff, back of the house duties included staffing for the kitchen, inventory and purchasing of food products, developing and implementing daily and weekly food and beverage specials for customers, developing and implementing advertising and promotions for the restaurant, coordinating with owner on financial strategies regarding budget development and funding long term building improvement strategies, completed payroll.

Conduct job interviews on behalf of clients and screened job applicants. Trained new hires in interviewing and screening process. Assisted with development of hiring strategies for individual clients assessing their needs related to company size, position pay, and client operating budgets, expenses, and expected revenue, developed target advertising to potential applicants based on client needs.

Head Bartender. In charge of over all maintenance of Bar Dept including staffing and training, coordinated with Assistant Manager on product ordering, pricing, and inventory maintenance. Assisted with training and development of serving staff.
