• Responsible for working with 3rd party vendor management on projects to insure timely installations on the Sales offices relocations, for Telephones Systems, Internet, Cabling, Security Systems, Wireless and TV Monitors• Analyze billing records for errors on circuits and telephone lines that should be disconnected.• Managed the decommissioning and removal of EOL and EOS data eqpt (Cisco, HP, and EMC) from data centers and data closets at multiple locations.• Work with Network team to disconnect data and internet circuits and order new circuits.• Presently support the Network and Server team in whatever capacity they request.• Inventory all data eqpt in data centers and data closets at all Smith & Nephew locations and determine what needs to be removed or replaced.• Coordinated the closing of the Data Center at Brooks Rd. and the opening of new Data Center at Goodlett Farms• Inventory all circuits per service provider and analyze contracts to verify what need s to be renewed or cancelled.• I work with multiple vendors\outsourcers to resolve complex IT Infrastructure technical issues• I work with Carrier Operations, Physical Plant, and Facilities personnel to help provide IT support to the Business• I currently work within the current change control process and I am very comfortable with what information needs to be provided.

• Assigned to FedEx account with responsibility of managing 5 craft employees over voice installation and maintenance on 22 sites in Memphis, TN area.• Provide technical support for voice issues on FedEx account nationwide and 1st contact on escalation list.• Perform Project Management for all FedEx projects in Memphis corporate which includes managing due dates for cabling, movement of phones of major departmental moves.• Escalation point for all Project Managers in Kentucky and Tennessee regarding projects in progress.• Experience working with AT&T network on issues that require interfacing with CPE equipment, both with FedEx equipment nationwide and other CPE customers.
