Current placement is as a C++ Software Engineer with Lockheed Martin.

I worked in the Middle School SPED classroom helping children with identifiable emotional and behavioral issues. Both in the homeroom and the other classrooms I would assist in helping with school work, but also working through problems using positive coping skills.

While working for Sierra Nevada Corporation I was part of several different projects and contracts. My initial and ongoing contract was supporting, running, and maintaining the C-130 Roll-on Roll-off mission simulator Internal Research and Development effort. Part of my work was enhancing our simulation capability, in which my major contribution was writing a full blown Electronic Support Measures emulator, which consisted of over 40k lines of code. Working on a contract for the Air Force, I supported the testing of an airborne prototype for Human Language Technology. My work involved developing a framework in which test scripts could be generated quickly and efficiently for large scale tests. Also worked on a Navy contract developing an actual Electronics Support Measures System. I provided network support, along with development of an alert feature into the command and control system for operators. I also mentored an intern, providing guidance and structure for the development of an Automatic Identification System to further enhance the authenticity of the mission simulator Internal Research and Development effort.

Originally I was placed on a team tasked with performance testing a call center application for the state of Florida. During testing, performance issues were discovered and addressed that would have had detrimental issues upon release of the software. We then shifted our focus to automated regression testing. Our goal was to provide the company with time and cost saving scripts to test the application allowing the manual tests more time to focus on the more detail oriented testing. This goal was accomplished through the use of keyword tests supported by C++ and MYSQL scripts and procedures. During the initial setup of the testing suites, I helped architect a system/methodology that would provide the best way to support the software and the guidelines given to us by the QA team.

Each residence hall at the University has a front desk which is staffed 24/7. It is the responsibility of the desk clerks to provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Included in our responsibilities are answering questions, checking out hall equipment, checking out spare keys, selling various supplies, distributing mail, and maintaining hall security.

My daily tasks consisted of allocating IP address in the form of /29 blocks upon request. I would also process and forward to the owner of the server complaint notifications. New servers were being built daily to add to the datacenter. Also while working there, the datacenter's network was updated. The update process included running new fiber lines and installing a new router.

On Saturdays I would come in to help in the current restoration of a F-86H. Work would include taking the aircraft apart in order to sand then place a corrosive resistant layer on the cleaned metal. I would also help preform maintenance on the other aircraft on display as needed.

I was primarily hired to build shelving units for the BMW building being built. When I was not at the new building, I was helping in the Mini Cooper parts department. Each days shipments were processes then filled in their correct storage spot. Orders and parts were retrieved for customers and technicians.

I would go around the school and update all of the computer systems. This was accomplished through the help of Acronis. Also, as new computers arrived at the school I would ready them for deployment into one of the various labs or laptop carts.
