I lead the technical development, industrialisation and commercialisation of a novel in-line rheology technology. This role also following tasks:• Lead factory and pilot plant trials of the technology at blue-chip FMCG companies. This includes instrument design and commissioning, data acquisition and analysis and assessment of the impact of the results.• Manage the development pathway and industrialization of the technology. This includes identifying relevant research tasks and performing technical experiments.• Executed and manage grant development projects to scale-up the technology and implement industrial digital automation protocols.• Oversee manufacturing operations and design of new rheology instruments to be delivered to customers.• Manage intellectual property of company, conducting regular patent literature searches.• Deliver technical sales presentations to key customers.

Research role based in industry with a focus to develop novel process technologies using electrical tomography to enhance process understanding, optimisation and control.• Developed a novel, real-time rheology technology leading to the founding of Stream Sensing• Established a novel, patented process and formulation characterization tool using electrical measurements and artificial intelligence• Optimised the non-nuclear density measurement of multiphase slurries using electrical tomography
