I'm a software developer, who graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science at the University of Alberta with a focus towards practical software development practices.The majority of my professional coding experience is with high level, object oriented languages, particularly Python and C#, but I have lots of experience working and coding in lower-level languages such as C and thumb assembly as well. I am also good at adapting to and using new languages unfamiliar to me, including non-procedural languages such as LISP. I have lots of experience using and adapting familiar and unfamiliar algorithms for the purpose of completing and optimizing programs.I have a strong set of skills in project management, goal delineation, and planning, both from an educational standpoint and from experience working on personal projects. The ability to design systems efficiently and prioritize important tasks is important and well ingrained in me. I spend a lot of time working on and designing personal projects which involves many of these skills.
